I Love You More Than Life Ending Explained: Full Plot Summary & Episode Spoilers

During Grace and Eric's fifth wedding anniversary celebration, Amanda crashes the event, claiming she should be Eric's wife and threatening self-harm with a blade. When Grace asks Eric whether he ever felt any affection toward her throughout their marriage, Eric shocks the attendees by confessing his devotion to Amanda. Amanda then pushes the pregnant Grace, causing her to fall heavily on her stomach.

While Grace bleeds and cries out in agony, Amanda deliberately inflicts a cut on her own arm. Eric chooses to carry Amanda away instead of helping his injured wife. At the hospital, medical personnel confirm that Grace miscarried the child and warn that the trauma has severely accelerated her terminal cancer, leaving her with less than a month to live.
